The GSA platform

One managed website platform for independent optometry.

GSA builds and manages the website around the practice you actually run—your doctors, services, facts, brand and patient workflows—and keeps it current after launch.

What is included

Foundation

Practice-specific website infrastructure

The framework is standardized so it can be maintained consistently; the practice facts are researched and verified for the individual office.

  • Practice discovery and verification
  • Patient-review analysis for recurring strengths, friction and patient language
  • Optometry-native information architecture
  • Practice-specific doctors, services, location and patient information
  • Responsive development and accessibility foundations
  • Performance, semantic HTML and maintainable architecture
  • Structured data, staging, testing and controlled launch

The goal is a digital representation of the actual practice, not a generic healthcare template with the logo changed.

Research, client input and conflicts are reconciled before publication. GSA does not silently turn scraped information or AI guesses into public practice facts.

Patient reviews are another evidence source: recurring themes can show what patients already value and where expectations are unclear. GSA verifies those themes against how the practice actually operates before using them to sharpen positioning or patient-facing content.

Discoverability

Built for patients, Google and AI

Your website is both a patient destination and an information source for search and AI systems.

  • Technical SEO built into the platform
  • Doctor, service and location clarity
  • Semantic page structure and internal linking
  • Structured data and entity consistency
  • Crawlability and indexation fundamentals
  • Answer-friendly factual content for emerging AI discovery

We engineer everything the practice controls. Rankings, citations and recommendations are measured, not promised.

Conversion

Patient Action Layer

Discovery should lead naturally to the action the patient is trying to complete.

  • Book Appointment
  • Forms and patient portal
  • Contact-lens reorder
  • Pay bill
  • Directions and contact
  • Urgent care, records and reviews

Ongoing

Managed stewardship

A practice website is living infrastructure. GSA remains responsible for keeping the digital property healthy and aligned with the practice after launch.

  • Hosting and deployment oversight
  • Technical maintenance and performance checks
  • Doctor, insurance, service, hour and policy updates
  • Structured-data maintenance
  • At least one new patient-education blog article each active service month, at no additional charge
  • Content refreshes and new-page development when needed
  • Ongoing search and discoverability improvements
  • Practice Pulse — Monthly Insights

The client should not need to become a website administrator to keep the site accurate.

Practice Pulse makes the ongoing stewardship work visible—and tells you what GSA found, why it matters and what happens next.

Monthly Insights

You won’t have to wonder what we’re doing after launch.

Practice Pulse is your monthly insights report: a concise view of website health, search and AI discovery, patient actions and ongoing management. The GSA Readout turns those signals into what we saw, why it matters and what happens next—so you know whether anything actually needs your attention.

It makes the ongoing managed-service work visible without turning the practice owner into the website administrator.

Common questions

What practice owners usually want to know before they talk to us.

Is GSA an SEO service?

Technical SEO, indexing fundamentals, entity clarity, structured data and search/AI discoverability are built into the managed website platform. GSA is not positioned as a separate traditional SEO retainer or a broad marketing agency, and we do not guarantee rankings.

Do you guarantee ChatGPT, Gemini or Google will recommend my practice?

No—and nobody can. Search and AI systems make their own decisions, so no website provider controls how they rank, cite or recommend a practice. What GSA can do is help ensure the information your practice controls is accurate, clear, crawlable, well-structured and kept current—then measure what those systems actually return rather than promise an outcome we cannot control.

What happens to my website if I leave after the first year?

After the initial 12-month term, your practice-specific website is yours to take with you. If you leave GSA, we provide a ZIP containing the deployable practice-specific static website (generated HTML, CSS and JavaScript), transferable public images, PDFs, icons and downloadable assets, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, practice-specific redirect rules, and a short README with deployment and external-system notes. Credentials, secrets, private/internal records, and reusable GSA framework or tooling are not included.

How much work does this create for the practice owner?

Our current planning estimate is roughly 2–4 total hours of owner or decision-maker time across a standard single-practice build, mostly confirming practice facts and decisions only you can make. GSA handles the research, writing, project management, implementation and ongoing website administration. More complex or multi-location projects may require more.

Can GSA work with the systems we already use?

Yes, where the systems support a workable patient-facing connection. Scheduling, forms, portals and other practice systems can be linked or integrated rather than unnecessarily rebuilt. GSA does not need to own every underlying system to improve the patient journey.

Best fit

For owners who want the website handled properly.

GSA is designed for independent optometry practices that want a modern, professionally managed website without becoming the technical team themselves.

Paid advertising, social-media management, CRM development and other broad marketing services are not the core product. Where outside systems matter to the patient journey, GSA connects to them rather than unnecessarily recreating them.
